i found the service really good and appreciated their attentiveness. the front desk staff displayed kindness and provided valuable assistance. the room featured a stylish design and comprehensive amenities. the hotel's location proved ideal for city explorations. i also liked sercan, he is a very pleasant food and beverage manager.

Housekeeping wasn't perfect. Beds were straightened, but dirty utensils weren't removed unless requested, leading to minor inconveniences.

the hotel is near the bosphorus, in a neighborhood with everything you could need! it is situated in the pretty ortaköy area; it's right in front of a beautiful bridge. i enjoyed being away from the main tourist areas, i knew that in advance.
